The general company for food products , one of the affiliates of the ministry of minerals is pleased to announce an investment opportunity in the field of dextrin and production for willing specialized equable Iraqi , Arabic or foreigner economic companies , institutions manufacturers or their accredit agents but not intermediate to participate according to the item No: ( 15/3) of the general companies law No: 22 for the year 1997 and the decision of the cabinet No. 492 to rehabilitate and increase production capacity of the products Al- Diwaniyah Dairy Factory as to meet the needs of the local market .

Those who are willing to participate can collect investment file and general conditions according to participation way , from investment department at our company premises again amount of ( 250000 ) two hundred fifty thousand Iraqi dinar nonrefundable and submit offers at headquarter of the company till the end of the official working day of Monday 25/6/2018 .

They may visit the factory to take a view of the production lines .

Offer will be opened at 10 a.m the day after closing date above .

Required Documents

Submit preliminary Bid Bond for the amount of 323160 ( three hundred twenty three million and one hundred sixty thousand dinars ) according to L/G issued from bank accredit by the central bank of Iraq .
Registration certificate recognized from the Iraqi Embassy in the country which issued the certificate .
Document of financial position of the company from reliable international bank attached with final accounts for last five years authenticated by reliable auditing office .
Profile of the company with its ( C.V )
Supporting technical companies and their nationalities and C.V
Similar projects which are accomplished by the company .
Acquaintance from income tax office of the last year .
